Well another year has come and gone, and what a wonderful year it has been for us. The year started out like any other, filled with resolutions and plans for the year. February came and went with the news that we were expecting another baby. The next weeks were very long and with good reason, in March my kids requests were all fulfilled when we found out that we were expecting twins!!! We spent the year working together to get these babies here safe and sound:)...

Dalan turned 5 this year. He continues to grow bigger each year. He started Kindergarten this year and has enjoyed every minute of it. He is learning to read and is also learning to do math. He has tons of friends, and loves to play with them. He spends most of his time playing with his brother though. He continues to love dinosaurs, video games, the trampoline, his friends, his cousins, and to eat. Being the oldest of 5 kids is a big job when you are only 5 years old, but Dalan is doing wonderful with all his responsibility.
Hunter is in his 2nd year of preschool and is doing so much better this year. I am amazed at how much a 4 year old can know!!! He learned to ride his bike last summer and could spend the day riding around the neighborhood. He is quite the sight out riding his bike like an old pro. He loves to color and draws us about 20 pictures everyday and he wants every single one of them on the fridge, it's amazing how much stuff one magnet can hold! He loves to kiss his sisters, and loves playing with his cousin who only lives 2 doors down.
Ellie is not old enough for preschool, but has the vocabulary of a preschooler. She is hilarious and is so much fun to talk to. She loves to be with the boys at times, but more than ever loves to be atleast 2 feet from mom at all times. She kept me company during the many long pregnancy days this past summer. She loves having her aunt and uncle as her nursery leaders and is getting ready for another year:) She loves to go potty by herself, dress herself, feed herself and comb her own hair:)
Kaylee and Katalina made their debut into the world on October 5th. They both weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces each and were 19 inches long. They sure get us a lot of attention when we are out and about. No one can resist stealing a glance of them when we are out. Dalan requested twin girls and this was the result:). We couldn't be happier with them in our family.

Doug continues to run the business and take care of all of us. He had a lot of responsibility placed on him this year as we brought two new babies into our family, and I wasn't able to do much. He loves to water ski, go boating, play basketball, shoot video and spend time with his family.

Rochelle (me:) spent the summer growing 2 babies. I made it to 38 weeks before they induced me. It has been quite the year with so many changes. I am so busy with 5 little ones, but I love it. It feels good to have the house full of so many cute little kids running around. It seems like most things have fallen out of my life except for my family, the church and photography, but those are enough to keep me more than busy.

We just wanted to wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year. May we all remember Him whose birth we celebrate.
